Overseas Manufacturing Plants

JMP does not own its own factories in line with its strategy as a highly mobile trading company.
JMP has established a stable and flexible manufacturing system with multiple contract factories and partner factories, which have been cultivated through our overseas business network and long track record.
In addition, we are continuously researching and securing new alternative manufacturing sites. This enables us to hedge risks and develop our business flexibly in response to various technological trends, international conditions, and changing circumstances, without being tied down to maintaining and operating our own factories and facilities.

Developing overseas factories to meet customer needs

It is impossible to completely eliminate various unforeseen circumstances and risks in overseas transactions, such as the uncertain international situation.
JMP avoids the risk of locking up overseas manufacturing plants with capital, and instead researches, develops, and selects manufacturing plants in countries that best suit the customer’s needs and changes in various external factors, while keeping abreast of modern technological innovations and trends that do not place a burden on the environment.

Flexible manufacturing system is possible

We can select a manufacturing plant for each customer’s product and business timing, allowing us to respond quickly to changing needs and seize business opportunities. It also makes it possible to enter new fields and build synergies with overseas countries.

Complete manufacturing control, quality control, and information control

In OEM/ODM transactions with overseas manufacturing plants, customers’ concerns are mostly concentrated on manufacturing management, quality control, and information management.
JMP’s unique overseas business network enables us to conduct multifaceted and highly accurate research in overseas transactions, and we dispatch experienced and knowledgeable full-time staff to local factories to ensure complete manufacturing, quality control, and information management.
